high manganese alloy or cast steel

Components

Wheel axle, wheel disc, angular bearing box, bearing

Overview、Application

overview

The angular box structure is most convenient to adjust when the crane wheel derails or jams. The angular box bearing seat uses horizontal and vertical key plates welded to the frame for wheel positioning. In case of derailment or jamming, on-site cutting of welds, adjustment of wheels and key plates, and re-welding to the frame can be performed without cutting the end beam.

Compared with European-style crane wheel assemblies, angular box wheels are easier to disassemble and assemble when replacing wheels.

application

The double-flange L-type crane wheel assembly is mainly used in gantry cranes, operating mechanisms of double-girder overhead cranes, foundry cranes, electric flat cars, trolley groups, ship unloaders, shipyards, port machinery, coal unloaders, stackers and reclaimers, quay cranes, etc.
