DRS Wheel Set

The DRS wheel system is widely used in the following equipment: overhead cranes, gantry cranes, transfer carts, stackers, shuttle cars, and heavy-duty support platforms.

Double-flange DRS Wheel Set: The double-flange DRS wheel set is equipped with flanges on both sides of the wheel, which can enhance guiding capability and effectively prevent derailment. It ensures high operational stability and is very suitable for applications requiring strict track guidance, especially under heavy loads or lateral forces.

Single-flange DRS Wheel Set: The single-flange DRS wheel set provides lateral guidance through a flange on one side of the wheel. It is suitable for floor-mounted systems and can also offer a central flange design to meet special application requirements.

Polyamide DRS Wheel Block: This DRS wheel set is made of polyamide wheels, which have good mechanical strength, low rolling resistance, and cause less track wear. It is very suitable for applications requiring smooth operation and protection of track surfaces.

V-type DRS Wheel Set: This wheel is designed with a V-shaped profile, which can match specific guide rails or track geometries. It provides precise guidance and high directional stability, making it ideal for applications requiring a clear guiding path.
