Electromagnetic Overhead Crane
Electromagnetic overhead cranes are suitable for heavy-duty indoor or outdoor material handling in metallurgical plants, specifically for magnetic ferrous metal products and materials such as steel ingots, profiles, and pig iron. They are also commonly used in mechanical workshops and storage yards for handling steel materials, iron blocks, scrap iron, steel waste, and iron filings.

Intro
The electromagnetic double girder overhead crane is equipped with an electromagnet and is especially suitable for steel mills and metal warehouses to load and unload ferrous metal materials indoors or outdoors. It is commonly used to handle scrap steel, ingots, cast iron parts, long steel profiles, steel plates, and rebars.
Three types of electromagnetic overhead cranes:

QC Type Electromagnetic Overhead Crane:
Equipped with a round magnet, designed for lifting scrap steel.

QCL Type Electromagnetic Overhead Crane:
Equipped with a beam magnet carrying multiple magnetic discs, designed for long steel materials.

QL Type Rotating Electromagnetic Overhead Crane:
Equipped with a rotating lifting beam for rotating and stacking long steel items

Magnetic force hold after power loss:
In case of a power outage, the crane uses a backup battery to maintain magnetic force for up to 15 minutes, ensuring the load is safely lowered to the ground to avoid accidents or material loss.

Hook automatically stops when the preset height is reached.

When the main girder is too long, how to delivery by container?
The main girder will be divided into different pieces, each part’s length is within 11.8m. When client receive the goods, just connect them with high strength bolt is okay.
