Intro
The working principle of a double girder overhead crane is based on mechanical structure and motor drive. When lifting is needed, the operator controls the electrical system to move the trolley and bridge to the designated position. Then, the hoisting mechanism is activated. The motor drives the drum to rotate, winding the wire rope and raising the hook to lift the load.
For horizontal transport, the operator activates the crane and trolley mechanisms, allowing the bridge and trolley to move along the rails in both directions, achieving smooth material handling.
