Crane Operator Cabin Export Case to Thailand
Based on the client’s workshop layout and lifting processes, we customized 4 enclosed crane cabins using thickened steel framing and anti-corrosion coatings. Each unit features industrial-grade air conditioning, a fully integrated control panel, ergonomic seating, and wide-angle viewing windows. The modular cabin design simplifies installation and includes pre-wired terminals for seamless integration with existing systems. All products underwent simulation testing and safety inspections before delivery, and came with bilingual operating manuals.

In September 2024, our company successfully delivered a batch of customized crane operator cabins to a metallurgical manufacturing enterprise in Thailand, primarily for use in their bridge cranes handling steel billets. The customer previously used open-type operator stands, which posed challenges such as heat exposure, limited visibility, and decentralized control. With this upgrade to fully enclosed cabins, the client significantly improved operator safety, comfort, and overall lifting efficiency.
