Crane Hook Export Case to Malaysia
We designed and manufactured 20 sets of 10-ton forged single hooks in accordance with DIN standards. Using premium alloy steel and integrated forging technology followed by heat treatment, we enhanced the hooks’ impact resistance and fatigue strength. Each hook comes with a precision-machined pin and anti-release structure, ensuring seamless integration with the customer’s equipment. All products were subjected to ultrasonic flaw detection and load testing before delivery, with complete bilingual technical documents and certifications.

01-Project Overview
In July 2024, our company successfully delivered a batch of customized forged single hooks to a machinery manufacturing enterprise in Malaysia. These hooks are mainly used for daily lifting of components and equipment maintenance in the workshop. The customer’s facility is equipped with multiple bridge cranes and has strict requirements regarding the hook’s load-bearing capacity, safety performance, and compatibility with their existing pulley blocks. This project significantly improved both the safety and efficiency of the client’s lifting operations.

In the machinery manufacturing industry, workshops frequently perform lifting operations for small to medium-sized equipment and parts.
