01-Project Overview
In April 2025, our company successfully exported a 5-ton European-style single girder overhead crane to a metal component manufacturing facility in Poland. The equipment is used in an open-structure steel workshop for the daily lifting and handling of heavy components such as H-beams and channel steel. Due to the limited height of the customer’s workshop, the project imposed high requirements on crane headroom, space utilization, and installation flexibility.

04-Solution
We recommended a European single girder overhead crane featuring a lightweight box girder combined with a low-headroom wire rope hoist to maximize lifting height. The main girder and end trucks were reinforced and optimized for long-span stability. The system was equipped with ABB frequency inverters, fault alarms, and electronic limit switches to ensure safe and reliable operation. Fully compliant with EN ISO standards and CE certified, the system was designed for smooth export to EU regions.
